Creative Director - Elders Real Estate
My roles at Elders Real Estate Grafton were vast and encompassed all facets of marketing, design, copyrighting, directing, project management, styling, team management and delegation, creating and working to projections, as well as my trade skills as a photographer and videographer.
During my time as Creative Director I project managed the project of a new office building. This consisted of starting from scratch in terms of renovating something to make it something else. I created a sub-branded structure within the real estate teams and implemented this throughout, whilst also keeping a uniform theme overall. Everything from the trim colours to the signage, to several trips to IKEA ending at 3am and then starting the next day bright and early to assemble the new desks.
In my role I also brought in my own core values and ethics, initiating campaigns for days such as International Women’s Day, and giving back to community wherever and however possible. I started a magazine that had the aim of both highlighting Elders as a staple of the community whilst at the same time elevating and highlighting locals and other businesses that fitted with each issue’s theme.
